For clarity, this Privacy Policy does not apply to our employees, job applicants, and independent contractors.
Children under the Age of 13
For any user under the age of 13, we must have permission from such user’s parent or legal guardian (obtained by the user’s school or provided by the user’s school on behalf of the user’s parent or legal guardian if the user is using our program through the user’s school or obtained by us) before we collect any personal information of such user on the Site or use or disclose such personal information.

After 7 years from your last activity, we will permanently delete all such personally identifying information. We will keep all other personally identifying information for at least one year after your last login, but in no event longer than seven years. Regardless of the retention period described in this section, we may be required to retain data for longer to comply with legal, regulatory, or audit obligations. Other historical study information may be anonymized and kept at Magoosh’s discretion.

We will not share personal data about you with any third parties except as described in this Privacy Notice, or as defined in an agreement with us in connection with the Prepare.me Service (including a Data Processing Addendum, as applicable). Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your information with third-party service providers who are working on our behalf and require access to your information to carry out that work, such as to process payment or as it relates to a Product feature. These service providers are authorised to use your personal data only as necessary to provide services to Prepare.me.
How We Store Information
By using and accessing the Prepare.me, you understand and agree to the storage of information and any other personal data on Magoosh’s server and cloud-based solutions located in the United States, or as defined in an agreement with us (including a Data Processing Addendum, as applicable).
Users Outside of the United States
By providing personal information to this Site, you understand and consent to the collection, maintenance, processing and transfer of such information in and to the United States and other countries and territories, in accordance with applicable law. We operate in and market to individuals primarily in the United States and Canada, and we do not operate in or market to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. The processing by us of personal information of individuals outside of the United States or Canada is generally incidental. We do, however, recognize the privacy-related rights of individuals in countries which provide such rights, and therefore, request that any such individuals who have questions about or requests related to the personal information we collect to contact us at contact@prepareme.school.
